Last week the Burroughs High School Volleyball program completed their tryouts for the Varsity and Junior Varsity teams.  Our Ridgecrest Starlings U14s team ended a great week of tryouts with two of our new freshmen being selected to the Varsity team.

In addition to contributing two freshmen to the Varsity Team our 14s team also added three other freshmen to the Junior Varsity Line up.

Last week two members of our Ridgecrest Starlings 16s team competed in the USA Volleyball High Performance Championships in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Amanda competed as an outside hitter on the Southern California Blue Team in the Girls National Select Division.

Sarah competed as a middle hitter on the Southern California Blue Team in the Girls International Youth Division.
